What do you think was the top news story of the year? Is there a community leader retiring who deserves recognition? How about someone new to the community who is primed to foster positive change in the future?

Business Publications Corp. is seeking your help selecting the News Changemakers — individuals and organizations who have made headlines for making a difference this year. We’ll recognize some of the most notable local business and cultural leaders and organizations who have been featured in our pages for stories or contributions that are changing our communities for the better.

We’ll be recognizing both business and cultural News Changemakers in three categories: Past, Present and Future. Finalists in each category will be selected and featured in BPC publications. From the list of finalists, readers will vote on the winning newsmaker, who will receive special recognition.

Nominate individuals or companies in each category below for newsmaking contributions to the community and stories that would have appeared in BPC products in the last 12 months (from Nov. 1, 2023, to Oct. 31, 2024).
